Amadagana & Partners was pleased to take part in the 10th ICC Africa Conference on International Arbitration held in Lagos, Nigeria. Our Managing Partner, Lynda Amadagana, had the privilege of speaking as a panellist during the session “Beneath the Surface : Resource Nationalism & Investor Risk”. The discussion examined the evolving relationship between resource nationalism, regulatory developments, investor expectations and dispute resolution in the extractive industries.

She attended the conference alongside Olivier Tsangué, Counsel, and Kevin Djomgoue, Mid-level Associate, both admitted to the Bars of #Cameroon and #Nigeria.
