Amadagana & Partners attended the Cameroon Arbitration Week in Douala

Amadagana & Partners had the pleasure of participating in the third edition of the Cameroon Arbitration Week, which took place in Douala from 06 to 09 October 2024, alongside the 5th annual conference of the African Arbitration Association.

Our associate Leonel Ako, Esq. took part in the discussions bringing together leading arbitration experts on the theme of ‘’convergence at sea: unifying forces in maritime, commercial and commodity arbitrations and other forms''. Panels addressed key topics such as maritime arbitration, arbitration and the ESG in Africa, mass litigation and mass arbitration, and the costs and financing of arbitration.
This high-level conference concluded with the Young Arbitration Committee of the African Arbitration Association (AfAA).
