Amadagana & Partners supports Camalco Cameroon in the development of the Minim Martap mining project

Amadagana & Partners is extremely proud of the signing of the mining convention for the Minim-Martap Bauxite Project in Cameroon between Canyon Resources Ltd and its Cameroonian subsidiary Camalco Cameroon and the Republic of Cameroon 🇨🇲 represented by the Minister of Mines MINMIDT CAMEROON.

The signing of the Mining Convention marks the culmination of an extensive approval process, allowing the Company to now proceed with further development plans for Minim-Martap with huge economic opportunities for Cameroon.

Amadagana & Partners has been advising Canyon Resources Ltd and its Cameroonian subsidiary Camalco Cameroon since 2021 for the drafting and negotiation of the mining convention with the Republic of Cameroon and all the other legal and tax aspects of the Project.
