One of our deal won a global award

TollCam transaction led by Fayat and Egis won the Transport deal of the year during the IJGlobal 2022 Awards.

The project financing comprises a 14-year combined financing for the modernisation, operation, and maintenance of 14 toll plazas across Cameroon. The project was the first financing agreement solely focussed on toll plaza infrastructure in Africa and the first road-related Public Private Partnership in Cameroon.

Amadagana & Partners was the sponsors’ Cameroonian advisor and Orrick France, the Sponsor’s international advisor.
